Hi,
I am new to this forum - sorry for writing in english, but I don't speak german at all.
I'm driveng the 2004 Dodge Ram 1500.
My question is - have you done anything to your cars to make it legal in Europe? I mean - original headlights and taillights are not allowed in Europe because of asymetrical low beam in front and red blinkers in the rear. Dodge Ram was intended to be sold only in America, so there is no possibilty to buy european version of headlights and taillights at Dodge dealers. On ebay you can buy 'euro' version but it still doesn't have EU homologation and 'E' mark.
Can you suggest me what to do to drive Dodge RAM legally?
Regards,
Tom

in Deutschland nennt man das Schmiergeld
:)

das müßte in Polen auch helfen

the headlights are allowed in Germany. The "TÜV" declares the following note in the carnet of the truck as you can see in the photo.
It's called "in Etwa-Wirkung", which means: more or less the same effect of EU-headlights.

as far as i know you get an exception permit for stock front lights...
the rear (red) turn signals will be placed in the reversing lights and the reversing light will be extra added, same as the the rear fog light.

Idea with an exception is a very good idea, but I'm not sure if it will work in Poland.
