I finally figured it out. If you are looking at the headlight on the drivers side there should be a piece of rubber running down the left side of the headlight (on the passenger side the piece of rubber is on the right side). Pull the piece of rubber back and you'll see a black plastic cone shaped thing and if you shine a flashlight down in it you'll see a star headed bolt in there. That bolt adjustes the headlight up and down. Turning the bolt one way moves the headlight up and turning the bolt the other way moves it down. Can't remember which way does which but you get the idea. I just parked my truck about 25 feet from the garage door and shined my lights on the garage door. Then turned the bolt on the drivers side two complete turns around. Then turned the bolt on the passengers side two completed turns around. That put my lights back shining in a good spot. Two turns worked for me but will be different for other trucks. Just turn both sides the same amount whether it be one turn, one and a half turns, two turns, or etc. Then drive the truck at night and test the lights out. Then readjust as necessary.....
