Autokauf übers Internet, Abwicklung über Ebay??

So nu hab ich mal ne Frage.
Habe beim surfen ein günstiges Angebot gefunden.
Die Abwicklung soll über Ebay laufen.
Hier der Vorschlag:
Hello,

The shipping will take 6-8 days, depending on your location.Shipping will be door to door,to your home address,somebody must be home when the car arrives to sign for the reception.The car will arrive with all the papers and documents required for registration and the keys. The clear title and the bill of sale will be already signed by me.

The payment will be done through eBay.You will send the money to eBay and as soon as the payment is confirmed they will notify me to proceed with the shipping. I will ship the car you will receive it and you will have 5 days for inspection, both the car and the paperwork and the option to accept or reject the car.The inspection time period will begin as soon as you sign for receiving the car at your requested address.During all this time eBay will hold the money into a trust account.So, this is not a blind transaction,you can see the car before decided to buy it.If you are satisfied with the car and decide to keep it you inform eBay about this and they will release the money to me. If the car is not as advertised and decide not to keep it eBay will refund you the money, no questions asked,and shipping back the car will be my concern. I think this is more than fair for the both of us.Please take in to consideration that I will get paid only after you receive the car and make sure everything is as agreed.

If you agree with these terms and you have the money, send me your full name and the address where you want the car to be delivered to and I will initiate the transaction with eBay. You will receive all the transaction details from them.I will appreciate an answer as soon as possible.

Habe zwei Autos gefunden, beide schlagen unabhängig das gleiche vor.
Carfax vom ersten hab ich vorliegen, ist ok.

Lass lieber die Finger davon. Wollte mir vor ein paar Jahren mal ein Motorrad kaufen, auch über Ebay. Verkäufer schlug die gleiche Vorgehensweise vor. Hab mich bei der Polizei mal schlau gemacht (ist gut, wenn man ein paar Leute kennt), die rieten auch davon ab, vor allem, weil die Bezahlung über die "Western Union Bank" erfolgen sollte. Wenn du denen das Geld zahlst, siehst du weder Auto noch hast du die Chance, dein Geld wieder zu bekommen.

den haken hatte ich natürlich gesucht.
aber man wird ja wohl träumen dürfen.

Würde mich von solchen Preisen blenden lassen, sowas kann doch niemals sauber sein, bei einem Auto was ca. 70000 Dollar kostet.

Thanks for reply. The car is still for sale. Here is the VIN 1GYFK66817R317919 for carfax. The price for 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV AWD Premium is $9,650 and the shipping cost to your address is included. The car will be delivered at your home and you will not have to pick it up. The shipping will take 3-5 days and you will have to be home and sign the delivery papers.
The payment will be done to an ebay agent, because it's fast, trouble free and covered by ebay. No offense, but I need to be sure that the person who receives the car is verified by a legitimate 3rd party. Look how this works:
1. I will contact ebay and give all the info about this deal.
2. They will email us the forms which are needed for our deal.
3. You will send the money to eBay and they will confirm your payment.

Du sollst dann die Zahlung per WesternUnion leisten oder so ähnlich.

Dann ist das Geld weg und keiner kann nachvollziehen wer es dort abgeholt hat. Ist ein bekannter Trick. Hatte ich vor Jahren mit einem Mini aus England. Ich wollte rüberfliegen und das Autobezahlen aber angeblich sand das Auto schon bei DHL und er war VVVVIIIIEEELLL Unterwegs. War auch so ein chnöpchen. Zum Glück bin ich auch Misstrauisch geworden.
